Permanent Secretary of Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health Ms Paivi Sillanaukee and her team of experts hosted a delegation of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs of the Republic of Serbia led by State Secretary Mr. Nenad Nerić and Director of the Republic Institute for Social Protection Mr. Božidar Dakić. The consultations touched issues of current reforms of social systems, rights of veterans, social protection of refugees and imigrants, gender equality, protection against family violence, status of the Roma population and support to the foster families.

Serbian Delegation exchanged experiences about peaceful settlement of labour disputes with Mme Minna Helle, National Conciliator of Finland (photo below). It also visited THL, Finnish National Institute for Health and Social Welfare.
